Mr. Ruben Herrera has an integral role at Thomas J. Henry Injury Attorneys. In addition to being the Ethics Compliance Attorney, Mr. Herrera works with Thomas J. Henry to create new ways to enhance the client experience as well as to increase staff productivity.

Mr. Herrera’s background in business coupled with his customer service expertise made him a vital addition to Thomas J. Henry Injury Attorneys. Because of his dynamic personality, he is in charge of handling innumerous tasks including interacting with the State Bar of Texas to ensure all marketing materials meet ethical standards and are legally compliant.

Acting as liaison between the community and Thomas J. Henry Injury Attorneys, Mr. Herrera’s primary goal is ensuring that each and every client is taken care of from the time of intake until their case is resolved. Mr. Herrera takes the time to understand each client’s needs which in turn leads to excellent client relations and an efficient staff.

Mr. Ruben Herrera feels that through his role at Thomas J. Henry Injury Attorneys he is given an opportunity to work with the staff as a leader who aims to help those in need.
