1 Dead, 2 Hurt in Central Texas Explosion
One man is dead and two others are injured as a result of a tank explosion at a farm in Moody, Texas.
About the Moody Tank Explosion
According to the San Antonio Express-News, a man identified as 55-year-old Charl Wynard Swart of McGregor, Texas was killed Sunday night when a tank holding agricultural chemicals exploded.
Two other men at the scene were injured in the explosion and were transported to the hospital – their identities were not released.
Authorities have not yet determined the cause of the explosion and are still investigating the accident. They have determined that there was no fire, but at least one victim did suffer burn injuries.
