A police chase turned deadly Tuesday night when a woman driving a stolen car crashed into a truck near Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston, Texas.

About the Fatal Houston Accident

According to the San Antonio Express-News, the woman was driving a Nissan Sentra when she crashed into a truck in the 16500 block of JFK near Greens.

The police chase began when the woman refused to pull over near Interstate 45 at West Road. She continued north on JFK, ran a red light, and immediately collided with the truck.

Both the woman and a male passenger in the car were ejected from the car upon hitting the truck, but the passenger is expected to survive. He will be charged with resisting arrest along with any charges from the pursuit because he pulled a knife on the police after the chase ended.
