1 Dead, 2 Injured in Rollover on I-94

According to news outlets, a rollover accident on Interstate 94 left one teen dead and two more injured.

About the Fatal Accident

The crash occurred near Eau Claire, Wisconsin, resulting in the death of a 16-year-old boy named Kevin William Messer. The boy was from Plymouth, Minnesota.

Leo John Schreiner, 15, and Hanna Fatima Sedqi, 16, were also involved in the accident. Both of them sustained non-life threatening injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital.

The Wisconsin State Patrol stated that the three teens were driving a 2007 Chevrolet Cobalt at the time of the crash. They were heading east when the car veered onto the shoulder and then rolled over.

According to police, none of the teenagers were under the influence of alcohol. In addition, all of them were wearing seatbelts.
