1 Dead in Harris County Collision

One person is dead following a three-vehicle collision in Harris County. Authorities are investigating speed a factor.

Details of the Harris County Accident

According to KHOU, authorities believe the driver of a pick-up truck may have been speeding when he crashed into two cars that had stopped at a red light in northeast Harris County.

Investigations revealed that the truck had collided with one car at the intersection of Atascocita and Ygnacio sending it into an SUV that was stopped in front of it. The driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene.

The accident is still under investigation, but authorities do not believe alcohol was a factor in the collision.
