1 Dead in Rayford Hit-and-Run

One person was killed last Saturday in a hit-and-run collision near Rayford, Texas.

Details of the Fatal Accident

According to KTRK, authorities are searching for two men involved in a fatal hit-and-run accident on the North Freeway that left one person dead.

Officials state the two men were in an elevated, four-wheel drive pickup truck that collided with another vehicle around 7 am. The vehicle was traveling from Oklahoma to the Texas Medical Center where one of the occupants, 46-year-old Sawsan Almilad, was scheduled for treatment.

Almilad was pronounced dead at the scene. The vehicle’s driver, 51-year-old Habib Almishkhas, was transported to an area hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
