18 Injured in Houston School Bus Accident

At least 18 East Texas high school students were injured on Tuesday when a school bus collided with a tractor-trailer on a Houston freeway.

Details of the Houston School Bus Crash

According to KTXS, the collision occurred around 2:30 pm on U.S. 59 near Bush Intercontinental airport.

The bus was carrying between 20 and 30 Cleveland High School students, ages 13 to 16, as part of a field trip when the crash happened.

The cause of the accident is still under investigation.
