3 People Dead in Hurst Rollover Crash

Three people died May 23rd late in the morning when the pickup they were inside rolled over a highway embankment.

Details of the Accident

According to MedStar, the pickup truck rolled over a highway embankment in Hurst.  MedStar said that the pickup crashed close to Texas 121 interchange and the Northeast Loop 820 at 11:40 a.m. Saturday morning May 23rd. 

Past Loop 820 traffic lanes and all except for one Texas 121 lane were closed for close to four hours due to the crash investigation, then were reopened at 4:15 p.m.

WFAA News reported that a witness in another vehicle implied there had been hydroplaning on the highway ahead of the accident. The passengers and driver inside of the pickup were two men and one woman.

They were pronounced dead at the scene and had not been identified as of Saturday night May 23rd.
