48-Year-Old Man Dies in San Antonio Accident

On Tuesday, August 12, a 48-year-old man died after hitting the back of an 18-wheeler on Highway 90 in San Antonio, Texas. 

About the Deadly San Antonio Crash

According to News 4 San Antonio, the pickup truck was pulling a load of watermelons, and it was going westbound on Highway 90 behind the 18-wheeler.

The accident happened when the 18-wheeler made a wide turn into a gravel driveway. The pickup truck tried to avoid hitting the tractor-trailer but crashed the back of the vehicle and lost control.

The pickup truck flipped over, and the driver was ejected and pinned under the vehicle. He died from severe injuries.
