Mr. Alberto Garcia is an associate attorney at Thomas J. Henry.
Mr. Garcia received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from St. Mary’s University School of Law and also holds a Bachelor of the Arts from St. Edward’s University. While attending law school, Mr. Garcia served his community working with the St. Mary’s University Immigration and Human Rights Clinic. He continued his service at the Immigration and Human Rights Clinic after graduation as the legal assistant to then director Lee Teran until moving on to establish the law firm Garcia | Estorga, PLLC.
Before joining Thomas J. Henry in 2019, Mr. Garcia primarily practiced in the areas of criminal defense, family law, and affirmative immigration. This included handling large and complex marital estates as well as family issues concerning immigrants. Currently, Mr. Garcia focus his practice on representing clients injured in automobile accidents, company vehicle accidents, premises liability accidents, trucking accidents, and workplace accidents.
