Mr. Brian Gillette joined Thomas J. Henry office in 2016.
Mr. Gillette completed his Doctor of Jurisprudence at Southern Methodist University, Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas and also holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Philosophy from the University of Connecticut. Mr. Gillette is licensed to practice law in Texas and California and has worked for defense and plaintiff’s counsel in both states.
Beyond personal injury, Mr. Gillette has also worked on matters pertaining to civil litigation, federal administrative law, and employment law. Detail-oriented, Mr. Gillette approaches every piece of evidence as an opportunity to strengthen his clients’ claims. His clients can rest assured that every exhibit, medical record, and transcript will undergo exhaustive review, and every bit of relevant information will be noted and applied in a way that strengthens their case.
Mr. Gillette currently works alongside the firm’s senior attorneys, pursuing substantial verdicts and settlements for clients involved in auto and trucking accidents, company vehicle accidents, workplace accidents, and product liability claims.
