Bryce E. Pearcy
Mr. Bryce E. Pearcy is an associate attorney with Thomas J. Henry’s San Antonio office.
Mr. Pearcy obtained his Juris Doctor from Texas Tech University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from the University of Texas at Austin. He is also a Qualified Texas Mediator through the Alternative Dispute Resolution Clinic of Lubbock, Texas.
Prior to joining Thomas J. Henry in 2015, Mr. Pearcy worked as a Misdemeanor Prosecutor with the Criminal Trial Division of the Bexar County Criminal District Attorney’s Office. As a First Chair Prosecutor, Mr. Pearcy was responsible for all aspects criminal jury trials, including case preparation, witness interviews, jury selection, opening statements, direct and cross examination of witnesses, and closing argument. Mr. Pearcy was also tasked with drafting legal memoranda and conducting plea negotiations with opposing counsel.
As an associate attorney with Thomas J. Henry, Mr. Pearcy currently represents clients involved in auto and pedestrian accidents, premises liability accidents, and on the job accidents. Beyond the office, Mr. Pearcy maintains an active interest in local, state, and federal government and is a donor and frequent listener of Texas Public Radio.
