Daniel W. Andrews
Mr. Daniel W. Andrews has spent his entire legal career representing plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases. He is a 30 year attorney and has handled cases based in negligence, premises liability, vehicular negligence, mass tort, products liability, and insurance bad faith. He has experience in state and federal court and has argued at the Fifth Federal Circuit Court of Appeals and the Third Court of Appeals in Austin, Texas.
Mr. Andrews obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin and his law degree from St. Mary’s University School of Law in San Antonio.
He is a past director of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association and a past President of the Capital Area Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Andrews has spoken at seminars and authored articles involving professional responsibility and ethics, Litigation, and events involving civil court judges at the state and federal level designed to assist litigators in practicing their craft.
Mr. Andrews is the proud father of twin sons, Kevin, a recent graduate of Texas Tech and Brian, a current University of Texas Law student. He is a past board member of Austin Smiles, a group dedicated to providing free cleft palette surgery to Central and South American countries, and a past president of Northwest Little League and Pony League.
