Mr. Isaac Liou is an experienced attorneys and a member of Thomas J. Henry’s in Mass Tort Litigation team.
Mr. Liou earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center. He also holds a Masters of Acupuncture from the Texas Health Science University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology and in Psychology from Texas A&M University.
Mr. Liou interned for several law firms during his college career, including the Texas 14th Court of Appeals and a US District Court in the Southern District of Texas, where he researched the constitutional basis for state sanctioned drone usage near the US border, Title VII violations by prison wardens, and federal and state employment issues. He also drafted orders to compel arbitration, stay, dismiss, alternative service, substitute counsel, and reviewed depositions.
Mr. Liou also worked as an Associate Editor for the Houston Journal of International Law for three years, and he speaks fluently in both English and Mandarin.
When Mr. Liou is not researching or practicing law, he enjoys traveling, nature walks, sports, food, and fitness.
