Jack G. Shores, Jr.
Jackson G. Shores, Jr., is a proficient litigation attorney who began working for Thomas J Henry in February of 2019.
Mr. Shores was born and raised in Birmingham, Alabama, where he lived most of his life.
After obtaining a Doctorate in General Law from the Birmingham School of Law, Mr. Shores was admitted to practice in the State of Alabama. He then spent the next 12 years in private practice, primarily in the areas of domestic relations and minor criminal defense. During that period, he was also admitted to the District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Alabama, and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
In 2010, Mr. Shores closed his private practice law firm and became an oil and gas landman, working through brokers to complete land title work and title opinions. His work as a landman sent him to numerous states including Texas and Illinois. Mr. Shores and his wife relocated to the Corpus Christi area in 2011, and he began work for Thomas J Henry in 2019.
Mr. Shores’s high proficiency in critical thinking and expert knowledge of verbal and written communication make him an effective attorney.
