Jeffery E. Pratt
Mr. Jeffery E. Pratt brings 32 years of experience of handling most types of personal injury cases from initial client interview through the intricate litigation and trial process. Mr. Pratt has tried approximately forty (40) cases to jury verdict. Mr. Pratt incorporates proven, unique and innovative litigation and research techniques to develop and implement strategic and aggressive representation of his clients. Mr. Pratt worked his way through both college and law school.
The majority of Mr. Pratt’s trial experience has been in successfully representing clients in the areas of all types of motor vehicle collisions, medical malpractice, premises liability, products liability, and workers compensation. While no two cases are identical, Mr. Pratt’s firm belief remains that client involvement and counseling on a regular basis in conjunction with systematic case management between the attorney, support staff, and the client create a solid foundation for the successful resolution of each and every case. Mr. Pratt is personally and intricately involved in each and every client’s case and unique circumstances, thoroughly examining and evaluating every page of records and other documentation relevant to the case, initiating client meetings to discuss the progress of the case, and educating the client and keeping them informed as the case progresses toward final resolution.
