Mr. John Biggins is a veteran trial attorney with more than 15 years experience practicing civil and criminal law in both the public and private sectors.
Mr. Biggins attended law school at Howard University School of Law in Washington, D.C. and also holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Sociology and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Sothern Methodist University in Dallas where he was awarded the SMU Lester Jordan Award for his stellar performance as both a football player and an academic.
Prior to joining Thomas J. Henry, Mr. Biggins spent roughly 10 years as a civil and criminal prosecutor at the Denton County Criminal District Attorney’s Office. His duties including advising the county on Personal Injury, Property Damage, and Workers’ Compensation claims as well as investigating, prosecuting, and defending all aspects of civil and quasi-criminal claims and lawsuits ranging from breach of contract to White Collar crimes.
Joining Thomas J. Henry in 2015, Mr. Biggins currently represents clients involved in auto and company vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability accidents, workplace accidents, and product liability claims. Beyond his work as an attorney, Mr. Biggins maintains a healthy love for athletics, is a strong supporter of youth sports, and is even certified as a Player Agent by the NFL Players Association and MLB Players Association. He also enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and two daughters.
