Mr. Joseph Fierros joined Thomas J. Henry in 2017 and currently works alongside the firm’s senior litigators in pursuit of fair compensation for clients injured in auto and trucking accidents, company vehicle accidents, premises liability accidents, and workplace accidents.
Mr. Fierros completed his Doctor of Jurisprudence at Vermont Law School where he was awarded the position of Dean’s Fellow and instructed first-year law students on legal writing in a one-semester workshop. He also served on Vermont Law School’s Civil rights Moot Court team, ultimately competing at the Emory Civil Rights Moot Court Competition, and spent two semesters working for the South Royalton Legal Clinic as an Advanced Student Clinician for all Veterans Law matters. In addition to his law degree, Mr. Fierros also holds a Bachelor of the Arts from St. Mary’s University where he graduated cum laude.
Prior to joining Thomas J. Henry, Mr. Fierros served as general counsel to a commercial construction company where he drafted numerous agreements, negotiated contracts, and advised company leadership on legal compliance. Mr. Fierros is passionate about his work and fully dedicates himself to each case and client. He pay’s very close attention to even the smallest details to make sure he delivers the highest quality of work possible.
Outside of the office, Mr. Fierros enjoys spending time with his family, especially his daughter, Ellen Jane, who was born just a few months before his joining the firm. He also enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, fly fishing, and biking.
