Mr. Josh Henderson has a diverse work and legal practice history. He has operated his own general practice and has also worked for both small and large firms. With experience in family law, criminal defense and personal injury, he has handled a wide variety of cases for a diverse clientele.
His focus on the management of legal practice is shaped by both his personal and professional background. His father retired from the United States Marine Corps as a lieutenant colonel. From his earliest years, Mr. Henderson was exposed to battle-tested principles of leadership and unique formative experiences. Mr. Henderson’s earliest childhood memories are of living in Okinawa, Japan while the family was on an extended tour of duty. This experience with a different culture had a profound impact on Mr. Henderson.
During his undergraduate studies, Mr. Henderson was selected by Senator Pete V. Domenici to serve as a Senate Intern in Washington, D.C. Following his dual degree in Political Science and Spanish at The University of New Mexico, He spent time training with the Marine Corps at Officer Candidates School in Quantico, Virginia.
After launching and managing two new offices for one of his employers, Mr. Henderson had the opportunity to diversify his management experience by serving as the General Manager and In House Counsel for an aerial pipeline inspection company working in the Oil & Gas industry based in the Permian Basin.
Immediately prior to joining the Thomas J. Henry team, Mr. Henderson honed his focused on leadership and management by launching his own business coaching and consulting practice in Midland, Texas.
As a member of the Thomas J. Henry team, Mr. Henderson’s passion is for providing the support and resources needed to ensure that the clients of the firm have truly effective assistance of counsel in their cases and are well-informed at all times of what to expect as their case progresses.
