Ms. Lindsay Altenbaumer joined Thomas J. Henry in 2017 and currently works alongside the firm’s senior attorneys in pursuit of fair compensation for clients injured in auto and trucking accidents, company vehicle accidents, premises liability accidents, and workplace accidents.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Altenbaumer clerked in her hometown of Houston, primarily drafting extensive pleadings and motions for business and commercial litigation with an emphasis in oil and gas.
Ms. Altenbaumer graduated from the University of Houston with honors. While obtaining her law degree from Texas A&M University, she interned for the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office in the Mental Health Unit and received a Business Certification from Columbia University in the City of New York. She also supported the Children’s Rights Alliance in Ireland where she drafted and developed a policy paper on the Third Optional Protocol complimenting the Children’s Rights Alliance work of seeking universal ratification to secure the rights of children in Ireland.
Ms. Altenbaumer is licensed to practice in the State of Texas. She is newly married with two dogs and enjoys spending her free time traveling.
