Manuel De Santiago
Mr. Manuel De Santiago is a highly skilled trial attorney working with Thomas J. Henry’s Mass Tort and Multidistrict Litigation division.
Mr. De Santiago was born in New York City and raised in Puerto Rico. He obtained his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Law in San Juan and before opening a private practice in Fajardo. He served as a Special Prosecutor of Family Affairs and Assistant District Attorney for the Department of Justice of Puerto Rico before returning to private practice. Over his 23 year career as an attorney, Mr. De Santiago has practiced civil, criminal, and administrative law and has handled matters pertaining to personal injury, general liability, labor law, immigration law, medical malpractice, insurance coverage, and premises liability.
In addition to his work as an attorney, Mr. De Santiago has been a Pastor, Ordained Chaplain, Shriner, Knight of St. Andrew, and Knight Commander of the Court of Honor. He gives lectures and participates in conferences on immigration and is a guest speaker on radio and television shows.
