Ms. Melissa Salinas joined Thomas J. Henry in 2015 and currently represents clients out of the firm’s San Antonio office.
Ms. Salinas holds a Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law as well as a Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio. While attending St. Mary’s, Ms. Salinas participated in both the Civil Justice Clinic and the Criminal Justice Clinic, providing legal services to the very poor. Following her involvement in these programs, Ms. Salinas received an award from St. Mary’s recognizing her dedication to justice and outstanding pro bono commitment to disadvantaged persons in the community.
Upon obtaining her license, Ms. Salinas began representing clients at a well-known San Antonio firm. During this time, Ms. Salinas worked primarily in civil litigation, conducting depositions, attending hearings and mediations, and successfully negotiating optimal settlements and judgments on her clients’ behalf.
Ms. Salinas now works alongside Thomas J. Henry’s most senior litigation to obtain substantial compensation for clients involved in auto and trucking accidents, premises liability accidents, and workplace accidents. Outside of the office, Ms. Salinas enjoys spending time with her family.
