Michael A. Winnie
Mr. Michael A. Winnie is an associate attorney at Thomas J. Henry Law.
Mr. Winnie is a Corpus Christi native an attended Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. He went on to attend St. Mary’s University School of Law, ultimately completing his Doctor of Jurisprudence. While in law school, Mr. Winnie served as a student attorney with the Center for Legal and Social Justice Civil Clinic.
Prior to joining Thomas J. Henry Law, Mr. Winnie worked with several Texas-based firms and operated his own law office focused on representing clients in both civil and criminal matters. He has second chaired a trial where he assisted in jury selection, conducted direct and cross examination of witnesses, and issued closing statements. He also has experience conducting depositions and participating in mediations.
Mr. Winnie is diligent and thorough in his representation of his clients, helping them achieve the best possible outcome for their individual cases.
Beyond his work as an attorney, Mr. Winnie is happily married to his wife, Emily. He and his wife enjoy getting out in nature, hiking, and running obstacle course races in their free time.
