Mr. Sean Ponce is an associate attorney at Thomas J. Henry.
Mr. Ponce completed his Doctor of Jurisprudence at St. Mary’s University School of Law and also holds a Bachelor of the Arts from Auburn University. During law school, Mr. Ponce clerked and interned with several San Antonio-based law firms, working primarily in Criminal Law. During this time, Mr. Ponce was responsible for conducting legal research, drafting legal memoranda, prepping cases for hearings and trial, and assisting in case development and court appearances.
Prior to his work as an attorney, Mr. Ponce served as a paralegal in Thomas J. Henry’s commercial case department, assisting clients involved in wrongful death, product liability, and medical malpractice cases. Since acquiring his license, Mr. Ponce has shifted his practice to the representation of clients injured in automobile accident, drunk driving accidents, pedestrian accidents, and premises liability accidents.
