Tara Elizabeth Tzitzon
Ms. Tara Elizabeth Tzitzon is an associate attorney at Thomas J Henry. She currently represents clients injured in auto and trucking accidents, company vehicle accidents, premises liability accidents, and workplace accidents.
Ms. Tzitzon is admitted to the state bars of Texas and Massachusetts and has conducted more than 20 jury trials and several bench trials. She has represented clients on both sides of the docket and is experienced in jury selection, the Rules of Evidence, and locating and interviewing witnesses. Prior to her work with Thomas J. Henry 2017, Ms. Tzitzon served as an assistant district attorney for Nueces County, a role which required her to work with law enforcement and the Coastal Bend community to build criminal cases from the ground up. She also briefly worked as a criminal defense attorney, providing her with unique insight into legal defense and witness cross-examination.
Ms. Tzitzon is very empathetic towards her clients, believing that sensitivity in difficult matters lead to open and productive communication, and is extremely comfortable in the court room having spent nearly every day in court while working as an assistant district attorney. She is aggressive when appropriate and understands the importance using tact and finesse when interacting with co-counsel, witnesses, judges, and juries.
Beyond her work as an attorney, Ms. Tzitzon is an avid animal lover and provides a caring home for a 12-year-old dachshund and two cats which she adopted. In her spare time, Ms. Tzitzon enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite pastimes including watching movies, going bowling, and playing badminton.
