Mr. Teddy Garber is an attorney at Thomas J. Henry Law.
Mr. Garber obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Government with Highest Honors from the University of Texas at Austin. He obtained a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the University of Texas School of Law. Mr. Garber practiced immigration law and civil litigation at the Law Office of Juan Antonio Lozada, PLLC before joining Thomas J Henry Law. As an immigration attorney, Mr. Garber convinced the Immigration Judge to withhold the removal of a family of Venezuelan immigrants, allowing the family to stay in the United States. Also, Mr. Garber convinced the Immigration Judge to cancel the removal of one immigrant, allowing the client to remain in the United States. Regarding civil litigation, Mr. Garber has filed motions, met with clients, and analyzed past cases. In his current job at Thomas J. Henry, Mr. Garber is determined to ensure that clients obtain compensation for all injuries.
Before practicing law, Mr. Garber worked as a math teacher at Smithville Junior High School. Outside of work, Mr. Garber is happily married and he enjoys watching sports.
