Celeste Apsey

Ms. Celeste Apsey received her Juris Doctorate from Baylor Law School and her Bachelor of Arts from St. Mary’s University. During law school, she volunteered at the Baylor Law Veterans Clinic, providing free legal consultations to veterans. She also volunteered with Baylor Law Adoption Day, providing free adoption services for the Waco community, and with the Baylor Law Veteran’s Wills and Estate Planning Clinic.

Ms. Apsey became an attorney to combine her love of reading and writing with her desire to help others navigate complex issues. She has worked at several esteemed law firms, where she gained extensive legal knowledge and experience. She is diligent, detailed, and compassionate when fighting for her clients’ rights.

Beyond her legal endeavors, Ms. Apsey enjoys cooking for her family and friends, training for half marathons, and spending time with her two dogs.
