Clark A. Samuelson Jr. brings over 15 years of extensive experience representing clients in both State and Federal Courts across Texas. Early in his career, Clark worked as a defense attorney for corporations and their employees, gaining invaluable insight into the defense strategies that help him now position cases to achieve the best possible outcomes for his clients.
Clark approaches every case with an aggressive, practical, and efficient mindset, leveraging his comprehensive background to navigate complex legal challenges. His practice focuses on auto accidents, company vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, and wrongful death claims.
Born and raised in Houston, Texas, Clark’s roots remain deeply connected to his hometown despite spending time in Mobile, Alabama, and Lansing, Michigan for his education. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama.
Clark is licensed to practice law in the State of Texas and before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas. He is an active member of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church, where he also serves as an usher.
Outside of the courtroom, Clark is a devoted husband and father of three. When not acting as his children’s personal chef and chauffeur, he enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf whenever possible.
