Mr. Emilio L. Guerra received his Juris Doctor from St. Mary’s University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from the University of Texas at Austin.

Mr. Guerra has valuable experience drafting motions, preparing for and taking depositions, handling hearings, and conducting legal research. He has also met with clients and experts to increase his skills on personal and professional levels.

Mr. Guerra has participated in three jury trials including one which resulted in a multi-million-dollar verdict.

In his spare time, he enjoys traveling with his wife Heather, spoiling his dog Abraham, and competing in barbecue competitions.
