Hung Vo

Mr. Hung Vo was born in Vietnam. He was 3 years old when his family emigrated to Houston, Texas where he lived for over 20 years. Mr. Vo earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice at University of Houston in Downtown Houston. He received his Juris Doctor at Southern University Law Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, where he graduated cum laude. He speaks both English and Vietnamese fluently.
It was during his last year of college that Mr. Vo got his start in the legal field, interning at a family/criminal law firm. After graduation, Mr. Vo worked as a paralegal at a boutique personal injury firm, where his interest in personal injury sparked.
During law school, Mr. Vo was involved in numerous organizations. He was a Student Attorney for the Juvenile Clinic helping juvenile delinquents receive excellent legal services and to find the best path to rehabilitation. He served as Symposium Editor of the Journal of Race, Gender, and Poverty. Additionally, he also interned as a law clerk at the East Baton Rouge Office of the Public Defender.
Outside of the office, Mr. Vo enjoys volunteering and drinking, but usually not at the same time. His other hobbies include drawing, tattooing, and going on hikes and rewarding himself with a nice bottle of wine at the top.
