Hunter Chase Wallen

Mr. Hunter Chase Wallen graduated law school with honors from Texas Tech University School of Law and also holds a Political Science degree from the honors college of Oklahoma State University.
During law school, Mr. Wallen clerked for the Honorable Judge Cummings at the Federal District Courthouse in Lubbock. During his time there, Mr. Wallen was responsible for researching complex legal questions and drafting and reviewing various legal documents, including motions and opinions. In law school, Mr. Wallen also won numerous awards in criminal procedure and participated in the Capital Defense Clinic, where he undertook assisting in representation for indigent defendants charged with capital offenses.
Mr. Wallen was drawn to the area of personal injury law because it provides an excellent opportunity to litigate and represent the interest of clients both inside and outside of the courtroom. After law school, Mr. Wallen quickly entered into personal injury law and gained valuable experience negotiating settlements, developing cases, and drafting petitions and motions.
Mr. Wallen’s passion for personal injury and his unwavering commitment to professionalism, ethics, and improvement led him to Thomas J. Henry Law where he proudly works alongside other top attorneys and vigorously fights for the needs of his clients.
