Julie Rothfuss

Ms. Julie Rothfuss earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence at Western Michigan University Cooley Law School and also holds a Bachelor of Science from Central Michigan University.

Ms. Rothfuss became an attorney to help people. The legal system is daunting, and many people do not know their rights. Ms. Rothfuss always wanted to find a way to ensure individuals have access to the legal system and a knowledgeable guide to help them navigate its complexities.

Ms. Rothfuss has represented individuals injured in auto accidents for over six years, working to serve her clients’ needs prior to litigation, during litigation, and after litigation. She has fought for her clients’ interests against insurance companies and ensured that benefits due were properly paid.

When unable to reach resolutions directing with insurance personnel, Ms. Rothfuss continues to fight for individuals during litigation. This includes motion drafting, court appearances, client preparation, and conducting depositions and discovery. She has directly handled settlement negotiations, trial preparation, and trial.

Prior to fighting directly for clients, Ms. Rothfuss had the opportunity to work with a subrogation company. This helped her to understand medical leans and the best practices to resolve them. This knowledge has benefited individuals when working to resolve outstanding medical bills, and other healthcare liens.

Outside her work as an attorney, Ms. Rothfuss is the mother of a beautiful child who is full of life, adventure, and curiosity and who brings her joy every day.
