Kaitlyn Rivera

Ms. Kaitlyn Rivera received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas A&M University School of Law and also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas State University. During law school, she actively worked on cases in Texas A&M University School of Law’s Tax Dispute Resolution clinic and also externed for the Honorable Mark X. Mullin at the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas. She acted as editor for Money Laundering, Asset Forfeiture and Recovery, and Compliance—A Global Guide and other works and worked on transfer pricing research for Practice Guide to U.S. Transfer Pricing (Lexis).

Ms. Rivera became an attorney to help people and provide guidance as people deal with the stress and confusion that can come with navigating the justice system. As an attorney at Thomas J. Henry Law, Ms. Rivera currently focuses her practice on the representation of clients injured in car accidents, truck accidents, company vehicle accidents, and premises liability accidents.

Born in El Paso, Texas, Ms. Rivera currently practices out of Austin where she enjoys visiting Zilker Park and Lady Bird Lake. In her spare time, Ms. Rivera likes to hike and paddleboard.
