Katherine Lickteig

Ms. Katherine Lickteig is a Minnesota native with a B.A. in International Relations from Carleton College. Her legal journey began as a paralegal in New York, which sparked her passion for the field. Following, she pursued her Juris Doctor from the University of Iowa College of Law, during which she served as a research assistant and participated in a UK criminal law courts externship.

Ms. Lickteig is a highly experienced attorney with a diverse background. She served as a JAG in the U.S. Air Force, where she provided legal assistance to military clients in various courts and hearings. Additionally, she has gained knowledgeable experience in financial regulatory law during her tenure at a leading firm in Tokyo, Japan.

Currently, Ms. Lickteig works at the Thomas J. Henry Law Office in Austin, Texas, where she passionately advocates for her clients, offering compassionate and excellent service during challenging times.

As a military spouse, Ms. Lickteig has lived all over the United States and the world, including Florida, California, Rhode Island, and more than seven years in Germany and Japan where she immersed herself in the local cultures. She and her family chose to make Texas home upon her husband’s retirement from the U.S. Navy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children and has a variety of hobbies which include hiking, running, yoga, reading, cooking, and travelling.
