Kathy Johnson

Mrs. Kathy Johnson grew up in Boerne, Texas, and she is excited to have returned to her home state of Texas to practice law.

While living in Boerne, Mrs. Johnson worked hard to earn a scholarship to Duke University. While at Duke, Mrs. Johnson focused her studies on human rights throughout history. She interned at ScholarshipsA-Z, a non-profit focused on connecting immigrants to educational scholarships. In 2018, Mrs. Johnson graduated from Duke University with a Certificate in Human Rights and a B.A. with Honors in History.

Mrs. Johnson then attended Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. She continued her pursuit of furthering human rights by interning with the Arizona Center for Disability Law, and the Arizona Secretary of State’s Office, Election Division. Mrs. Johnson earned her J.D. from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law in 2018, graduating cum laude.

Drawing on her commitment to help people, Mrs. Johnson chose to practice personal injury law. She now represents plaintiffs in commercial vehicle collisions. She is licensed in the State of Texas and the federal Western District of Texas. She is an active member of the Travis County Women Lawyers’ Association and the Austin Young Lawyers’ Association. She enjoys exploring her new home of Austin, practicing yoga and trying out new vegetarian recipes.
