Marisé González Navas

Ms. Marisé González Navas is an experienced attorney who has practiced across a wide variety of legal disciplines. Over the past 10 years, she has concentrated on corporate law, specifically contract law, corporate transactions, business transactions, and compliance matters. Throughout her legal career, Ms. Navas has successfully dedicated her efforts to grow as an attorney and be able to implement positive change in every client’s business as well as their corporate endeavors.

Ms. Navas secured her Doctor of Jurisprudence from Interamerican University of Puerto Rico, and she also holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Puerto Rico.

Ms. Navas has drafted numerous legal documents, prepared and negotiated agreements and important legal transactions, conducted legal research, and worked to ensure each of her clients’ needs are resolved in a successful and satisfactory manner.
