Pablo Azzad Fournier

Mr. Pablo Azzad Fournier holds a Bachelor in Business Administration with a concentration in financial analysis from the University of Texas at El Paso and a Juris Doctor from South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas.

During law school, Mr. Fournier worked as a law clerk at a business and real estate law firm in Houston. There, he gained experience in research and writing. After working as an associate attorney, Mr. Fournier sought to practice as a solo attorney in the city of Houston.

As a solo attorney, Mr. Fournier gained extensive hands-on experience in transactional matters as well as litigation. He has drafted all types of contracts, including franchise agreements, settlement agreements, employment agreements, and independent contractor agreements. He has also written many petitions, default judgments, summary judgments, and discovery requests and has conducted many depositions.

Most notably, Mr. Fournier has negotiated and litigated disputes in areas of franchise, construction, business, and contract law in Texas.
