Starr Lanii Olivarez

Growing up in the Rio Grande Valley, Starr Olivarez witnessed how hardworking families often struggled to recover after life-changing accidents. She knew that she wanted to pursue a career where she could advocate for those facing difficult circumstances and make a tangible difference in their lives. Personal injury law gives her the opportunity to stand alongside people when they need help the most and fight for the justice they deserve. 

Starr joined Thomas J. Henry Law as a personal injury attorney, where she is gaining valuable experience assisting clients through the early stages of their cases. She is actively developing her legal skills under the guidance of experienced attorneys and is committed to delivering excellent client service as she grows in her role. Her personality and work traits are that she is compassionate, hardworking, and strategic. Starr is committed to continuing her professional growth and plans to become more involved in community service initiatives as her career develops. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, where she was recognized as a President’s Scholar for academic excellence. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, Apollo, who is a spirited Maltipoo. Apollo keeps her life fun and full of joy. She is also an avid reader who loves exploring both classic literature and modern fiction.
