Ms. Toni J. Holley is an experienced trial attorney who has represented clients in the Houston area for 20 years.
Born in raised in Houston, Texas, Ms. Holley attended Sam Houston State University before pursuing her Doctor of Jurisprudence at Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Holley has practiced multiple fields of law, including personal injury, criminal defense, criminal prosecution, insurance defense, and commercial real estate law. She has handled hundreds of cases, represented clients from intake to trial and resolution, and has maintained a record of success for her clients.
Joining Thomas J. Henry Law in 2022, Ms. Holley now uses her legal knowledge and experience to help personal injury clients recover fair compensation for their accidents, injuries, and damages. Ms. Holley is a calculated attorney, analyzing every detail of her clients’ cases as she builds a successful legal strategy, and she is an aggressive advocate for her clients’ rights.
Outside of her work as an attorney, Ms. Holley serves on the Board of the YWCA-Houston Chapter. She enjoys baking and holiday decorating, is a former associate judge for the city of Houston, and is happily married to Captain Stacey E. Holley, Sr. of the Houston Fire Department.
