A San Antonio man was killed in a workplace accident Tuesday (November 27, 20120) when he was crushed by a loaded trailer.

- Martin Medellin, 48, was killed while working on a loaded trailer at Pro Logis Industrial Park near the AT&T Center in San Antonio, Texas.
- According to a report by the San Antonio Express News, the man was welding legs to the bottom of a trailer loaded with 40,000 pounds of paper when the jack stand holding the trailer malfunctioned.
- Employees reportedly tried to use jacks and forklifts to pry the trailer off the man, but the tools they used broke.
- Paramedics attempted to revive Medellin, but he was eventually pronounced dead at the scene.
