75-Year-Old Killed in Multi-Vehicle Crash


According to WHIO, a 75-year-old man died and several people were hospitalized following a multiple vehicle crash at an intersection in Champaign County, Ohio.

Crash Remains under Investigation

Warren Stevens, 75, was traveling north on North Ludlow Road when an SUV failed to stop at a stop sign, slamming into Stevens’ car.

The SUV, driven by Kristen Reed, 44, and Pauline Reed, 68, was traveling west on Kanagy Road when it collided with Stevens’ car. After the initial crash, Stevens’ vehicle was hit by another vehicle traveling south on North Ludlow Road.

According to WHIO, Stevens was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. Kristen and Pauline Reed as well as the driver of the third vehicle sustained injuries in the crash. They were all taken to area hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.
