Alleged Drunk Driver Pulls in front of Motorcyclist, Causing Fatal Injuries

According to the OC Register, a motorcyclist sustained fatal injuries in a crash involving an SUV on Saturday evening in Fullerton, California.

Details of Motorcycle Wreck

Cameryon Jackson, 25, was riding his motorcycle near the intersection of Highland Avenue and Orangethorpe Avenue when the fatal crash occurred. At around 6:24 p.m. local time, Jackson entered the intersection and struck a vehicle attempting a left turn onto Highland Avenue.

Officials say Jackson crashed into the SUV and was ejected from his motorcycle, reports the OC Register. Jackson was transported to UC Irvine Medical Center, but he would later die from his injuries.

The driver of the SUV, only identified as a 47-year-old, remained at the scene to cooperate with officials. According to the OC Register, the driver of the SUV was placed under arrest with suspicion of driving under the influence.
