A Huntsville teenager was fatally injured Thursday when a church bus she was on was involved in an accident near Atlanta, Georgia.

Details of the Fatal Crash

FOX 8 reports that 17-year-old Sarah Harmening of Huntsville, Alabama was killed Thursday when a bus bound for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport crashed on Camp Creek Parkway in Fulton County.

The bus was carrying roughly 40 passengers from Huntsville’s Mount Zion Baptist Church when the crash occurred. The church members were scheduled to fly to Botswana as part of a 10-day missionary trip.
