Fatal San Antonio Crash Update
A fatal accident occurred earlier this month when a 2004 Kia Optima crashed into a 2008 Ford Escape killing one person and injuring four in San Antonio.
About the Fatal San Antonio Crash
Jennifer Ann Villegas, 32, was killed in an accident in San Antonio this month around 5 a.m. on Tuesday, July 15. It was reported by San Antonio Express-News that she and three teenagers had been drinking at a party prior to the accident taking place.
Villegas’ 2004 Kia Optima ran a stop sign at the Commercial Avenue intersection when she hit an oncoming 2008 Ford Escape driven by Maria Montemayor. Her car, upon impact, came to rest against a house. Two of the teenagers with her were ejected from the vehicle upon collision. One of the teens identified Villegas as her mother.
The three teens and Montemayor were hospitalized with minor injuries.
