One Dead, Another Injured in Waco Crash

A 31-year-old man is dead and another person is seriously injured following a three-vehicle crash in Waco, Texas.

Details of the Waco Crash

According to KCEN-TV, the crash occurred around 11:30 pm Wednesday near the intersection of East Waco Drive and Business 77.

Authorities say Paul White was traveling south on Business 77 at a high rate of speed when he lost control of his vehicle, jumped the median, and struck a Ford Escape traveling in the opposite direction. A third vehicle in the northbound lanes then struck the Ford Escape.

White was pronounced dead at the scene while the driver of the Ford Escape was transported to Hillcrest Hospital with serious injuries. The driver and passenger of the third vehicle were treated at the scene and released.

The deadly crash remains under investigation.
