An Alice resident was killed Thursday morning when his car collided head-on with an truck near Benavides, Texas.
Details of the Fatal Trucking Accident
According to KRIS-TV, the man was traveling eastbound on County Road 2295 when he cross the center line and moved into oncoming traffic.
The man was killed when his vehicle was struck head-on by an oncoming truck. He died on impact.
Authorities have identified the deceased as 26-year-old Manuel Solis. No other injuries were reported.
Investigators are working to determine what caused Solis to drift into oncoming traffic.
