One man was sent to the hospital following a motorcycle accident in Austin on Sunday, November 24th.

Details of the Austin Motorcycle Accident

According to CBS Austin, a south Austin highway was shut down due to a collision between a motorcycle and a vehicle. The accident occurred at the 400 block of E Ben White Blvd around 7:15 p.m.

EMS medics of Austin-Travis county transported a man with undisclosed injuries to St. David’s South Austin Medical Center.

TxDOT states that westbound lanes were shut down near I-35 and as traffic was redirected  onto the service road.

According the Austin Police, the vehicle remained on the scene.
