According to The Mercury News, a woman and teenage boy are dead following a potential drunk driving crash in San Jose, California, on Sunday.

Details of Fatal Collision

Jessica Marie Zamora, 25, was driving west on Capitol Avenue at around 12:30 a.m. when the tragic accident happened. For reasons currently unknown, Zamora crossed over the center dividing line and struck an oncoming vehicle.

The Mercury News reports that the oncoming vehicle was driven by a man with his wife and teenage son. Everyone involved in the head-on wreck was transported to the hospital for treatment. Zamora and a 14-year-old boy succumbed to their injuries.

The man and woman in the other vehicle were treated for non-life-threatening injuries, according to The Mercury News.
