A Baylor student has been arrested in connection with a Halloween auto-pedestrian accident.
According to KXXV, the accident occurred on October 31th in Waco, Texas on the 2400 block of South 2nd Street.
A little after midnight, a black Ford F-250 truck driven by Baylor student Travis Brown hit another student, 18, who was walking on the side of the road. The truck then hit a guardrail. The pedestrian’s injuries are not yet known.
Brown truck walked away from the accident. Witnesses were able to provide Waco PD with a description of the driver that led to his arrest.
Brown was later arrested at his home and is now being charged with intoxicated assault and failure to stop and render aid for a motor vehicle accident. Brown is believed to have been intoxicated during the accident.
