1 Child Dead, At Least 45 Others Injured in Memphis Bus Crash
Details of the Fatal Saline County Bus Crash
According to FOX 13, the bus was transporting the OMYA Elite football team back to Memphis from an All-Star game in Dallas, Texas when the driver lost control of the bus, causing to roll off the interstate near Benton, Arkansas.
Children aboard the bus were 8 to 12 years old. At least one child is dead and 45 others, including some adults, were injured in the crash.
Reports indicate the bus was owned by Scott Shuttle of Somerville, Tennessee.
The crash remains under investigation.
